In your "status" you ask an EXCELLENT question:
"Why is it OK for women to be bisexual but not for men?"

I think that there are at least two possible answers:
1. Men feel insecure about their masculinity.
2. Men are afraid that they could be SEXUAL rather than being only "heterosexual".

Men - including you and me - have tastes and preferences but they should also be open to other forms of sexuality.

As an open-minded man grows older, he wants to try - at least vicariously - other types of sexuality.
You cannot be just kissing, hugging and sucking - just like a baby - all your life! You want to try other types of sexual activity - if only by just looking on!
