I don't know why people keep sending me friend requests & messages here & then when I accept they complain that there's nothing here lol. I'm not sure how much more clear I can make this - there is no more content here. It's all locked. Me adding you as a friend, WILL NOT UNLOCK the content. I would've deleted everything but I can only delete 3 things per day so I simply locked everything. Thank you very much for the interest, but I'm not using this site any longer. I would've deleted this entire page, & all the content on it, but this site only allows me to delete 3 files per day for some stupid reason, so I locked everything.

I gave myself a deadline to make this training clip & get it released before xmas time. So I am in the middle of writing out my notes for said clip as I am writing this. if you have any other notes, ideas, suggestions, questions, etc on things you'd like me to teach in the clip, now is the time to speak up hehe.
