Tits make me happy, big tits make me happier.

I slightly prefer the look of natural tits. I find, though, that women with fake tits tend to enjoy the attention their tits get more than women with big naturals. They like showing them off, talking about them, having them complimented, having them played with and sucked on, etc. Kinda makes sense, right? Didn't spend $10k on them to have them ignored. Of course, I've met women with big naturals who like these things, too. But IME it's definitely more true of women with enhanced racks.
