Sperm Count

My doctor says my sperm count continues to rise and that something will have to be done about it soon. The levels are nearing the high end of their charts he says. I told him I currently have not had a release involving another person in some time. He said the manual release function does not work nearly as well as the natural one and I should work towards finding someone to help me. I told him I would so here I am looking for someone to help with a natural release to lower my sperm count.
