What to do?

So I have this friend named Sheila, and she's a little bit younger than me and we haven't seen each other in the last 8 years but we were really talking on Facebook and we're talking about how she's alone and also they're kind of b******* and she tells me her breast size which is actually a 36h which is f****** just amazing. So I proceeded to ask her like how big are her nipples you know cuz you think breast that big and be really nice and her nipples going to be really big so that she doesn't talk to me after that and it's coming kind of awkward so what should I do?
