Golden Age vs. Modern Porn

What I love about Classic Porn:
1. Natural tits.
2. Garterbelts, ff stockings and high heeled pumps.
3. Plot lines with interesting dialog.
4. Enthusiastic performances with real emotion.
5. That soft 8mm/VHS feeling.

What I don't like about Classic Porn:
1. Overly hairy pussies and worse armpit hair (seen mostly in Euro porn.)
2. Poor quality or poor lighting. Can you imagine what those Golden Age movies would be like if they were produced with today's technology?
3. Really bad music in the background.

What I like about Modern Porn:
1. Neatly trimmed or bald pussies.
2. Obvious improved quality.

What I don't like about Modern Porn:
1. Rock hard silicone implanted tits.
2. Lame dialog (ooh baby, yeah baby ooh, ooh, ooh)
3. Fence stockings, platform heels, strappy sandals.
4. Total lack of plot. Most vids are just a compilation of various scenes grouped under some theme.
5. Performers looking away for direction from the director.
6. Really bad music in the background.
7. Tattoos and tramp stamps.
8. Plastic looking actresses.

movies like Taboo were classic, but there seems to be an over emphasis on that style in modern porn. You know that modern stars are making a lot more money, but they really seem to be even less enthusiastic. The women and the men. Classic stars had personalities and weren't just dicks or dick receptacles. But the worst thing i find about modern porn is the aggressive blow job. The jam it in her throat until she gags and makes gagging sounds. Nothing appealing about that

Great post. I think the golden age movies have a certain 'quality' and authenticity to them. The fakeness associated with new-gen porn is almost nonexistent in the classic movies. For some reason, I somehow get more of a 'taboo feel' out of the golden age movies and that increases their appeal for me personally. I do not belong to that generation and hence I have never walked into cinemas that showed such movies. Today when I am typing this comment, I am in the comfort of my home and almost anything is available on the computer but somehow the excitement, the inherent riskiness and that taboo of going into a porn cinema and watching the 'golden age movies' seems unreachable.

Almost agree with 100% everything.
I love the stockings and garter belt, or just plain holdups (without the belt). But I'm a fan of sexy pantyhose too.

I totally hate the fake plastic titties, and those platform stripper heels. Those have got to go!!! But a fully shaved muff isn't much of a turn on either. Though it is far and away better than the bush that was prevalent in the 70's. I'd have to say my favorite trim style is trimmed, or bald lips with a strip or other design on top.

But everything else you have totally nailed it!

great post my friend, i've started watching more and more older porn recently and it is often sexier than modern. i don't know if, as i get older, it turns me on more because it reminds me of how i felt when i was younger, getting my first few views of hardcore. does that make sense, sorry haha?!

Agreement on many things although I'm okay with hairy pussies. And modern porn includes far more categories. There weren't as many mature actresses back then unless you include the showgirls who just kept making videos into their forties and fifties. And few real amateurs that weren't in grainy super 8 films although, sometimes that roughness gave them credibility as amateur. (I can believe some of the so-called amateurs today.
