Ouch! Even my freckles hurt!

Okay, call me stupid. You would think that I should know better than to lay out in the sun with my pale white body. Redheads do not tan...they burn! I went to the beach over the 4th of July for a long weekend and got so sun burnt it's not even funny! Even my freckles hurt.

The shower feels like machine gun bullets hitting my skin! I've tried aloe but it only helps a litte bit. Poor me...I don't know what to do.

Any suggestions?

a cool bath, a good cold cream the white make-up remover, the 50/50 white vinegar & water, the juice straight from an aloe plant i have a lot of freckles & was a strawberry blonde baby

Sorry for already already laughing reading your title, although I realised that reading whatever your story would be a rather unpleasant event.

From my experience with sun-burns on sensitive skins (for your next time, which shouldn´t happen anyway): cool down, stay inside, cream your skin, relax and try to sleep as long as possible ...
shower only with bits of water of exactly your skin temperature ... everything else hurts!

Damn that sucks. Sorry to hear that. Me and an XGF got sunburnt as hell over 4th of July weekend about 10 years ago, we both had blisters on our backs and aloe vera burn gel wasn't helping all that great, although it cooled the burn some. Showers hurt and it hurt to move. Hope it's not that bad but I have felt your pain before! LOL never want to feel that again...

i would lotion it to keep the damage to a minimum. I also recommend anal sex, it takes your mind off the sunburn,,,

aloe cooling gel hun cover your skin it it I got cocked at a theme park on July 6 so I literally feel your pain
