NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT

In the last 4 years i have put on almost 20kg. Today it came to a head and i lost my shit. In 9 days i go to a glamour photo shoot and i was going to pose in lingerie. i saw what i look like in the mirror and i burst into tears. my belly is disgusting and i have lost my curvy body. i look like a blob now.

You have so much natural beauty that I’m sure you still look great. And, you should know that many men, myself included, like women with a few extra pounds. That said, exercise is good for all of us and I’m sure you could tone up and lose weight if you start exercising more. Stay positive beautiful lady!

Being lovable has nothing to do with looks so while I understand your recent comment about feeling unlovable, you need to understand that is not true. Secondly, if you’re not happy with how your body looks then use this photo shoot as motivation. Go to the shoot and try to have fun. Schedule another shoot for exactly 1 year off and set realistic incremental goals for yourself to get into whatever realistic shape or weight you want to be in a years time. In a year compare the pictures. The point is, if you do not like something about yourself, you have the power to change it and those things you may see as flaws, others may not even notice. Try to smile and enjoy every day. 😀

Hold your head high. You have a beautiful soul. You can decide what you look like and love. The glamour shot can wait. Look into your soul in the mirror. The eyes don't lie the mind is the most beautiful part of the person the shell can be changed modified but you can not diminish the beauty of the soul.

Don't be depressed, use the Situation to start the change. Do not the shoot if u feel not good doing that in my opinion. Don't be so sad please....
